Melbourne Based, 4 Days Per Week
Fashion Thrift Society is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our entire marketing and paid ads ecosystem.
This is not a junior social media role.
This is a growth-focused position for someone who can strategise, create and execute high-performing campaigns that drive ticket sales, vendor applications and national brand growth — while also being hands-on with content, design and creative execution.
You will own performance marketing, oversee brand voice, grow our social platforms, and play a key role in creating Instagram and TikTok video content (including voiceovers).
Part-time: 4 days per week, with strong potential to move into a full-time role as the brand continues to scale.
Melbourne-based essential.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging platforms
- Manage and scale advertising budgets
- A/B test creative, hooks, audiences and copy
- Track and report on ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversions
- Drive measurable growth in ticket sales, vendor sign-ups and database acquisition
Email Marketing (Klaviyo – Essential)
- Manage and optimise Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows
- Build segmentation strategies
- Improve open rates, click-through rates and revenue performance
- Align email strategy with event launches and campaigns
Social Media Growth & Brand Voice
- Own and protect the FTS brand voice across all digital channels
- Plan and manage content calendars
- Grow our Instagram and TikTok presence strategically
- Increase engagement, reach and community growth
- Stay ahead of trends and platform changes
Video Content Creation (Instagram + TikTok)
- Film and create short-form video content
- Write scripts and strong hooks
- Record voiceovers for promotional content
- Repurpose event footage into high-converting creatives
- Collaborate with the team on campaign concepts
Graphic Design
- Create digital assets for paid ads, social posts, email campaigns, event promotions and website banners
- Maintain strong brand consistency
- Be confident in design platforms (Adobe Suite, Canva or equivalent)
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
- Have strong experience running paid ads at scale
- Have hands-on Klaviyo experience (essential)
- Are confident in graphic design and visual brand execution
- Know how to grow social channels strategically
- Are comfortable filming and recording voiceovers
- Understand both brand marketing and performance marketing
- Can manage multiple campaigns at once
- Work independently and proactively
- Think commercially and creatively
