We're now accepting applications for our 2025 Australian Market Tour and are excited to welcome a specially curated group of 100–300 unique vendors at each location.
Who Can Apply to Sell
Eligible Stall Types:

Vintage Clothing Resellers – Authentic second-hand fashion with personality.

Pre‑Loved Wardrobes – Quality, gently used clothing curated with style.

Independent & Local Brands – Unique, original fashion, home or art pieces directly from creators.

Accessories & Design Goods – Jewellery, hats, shoes, bags, and lifestyle accessories.
Strictly not permitted:

Fast-fashion sellers (e.g. Shein, Temu)

Drop-shipping businesses

Non‑curated, mass-produced items with no transparent sourcing

Fake or counterfeit items advertised as authentic – this includes designer knockoffs, replicas, or any item falsely marketed as genuine. Vendors found selling counterfeit items will be removed from all future events.
Floor Damage Policy:
By purchasing a stall space at Fashion Thrift Society, vendors agree to take full responsibility for any damage caused to the floors of the venue during the event. Any repair, cleaning, or restoration costs incurred as a result of such damage will be charged directly to the vendor responsible.
How to Apply
You must complete a separate application for each city and each date you wish to sell at – even if you’ve sold with us before.
Applications do not roll over between events. Approval is required every single time before purchasing a stall.

To apply:

Fill out the form for the city/date you’re applying for.

Include clear product imagery in your application email to ftsstallapplications@gmail.com.

If successful, we’ll reach out to you via Instagram with next steps.
If you don’t hear from us, unfortunately your application has not been accepted for that date.
Note: Sellers are responsible for their own stall setup. Racks and tables are not provided.
Stall Sizes & Pricing
Effective as of 23:59pm June 23rd 2025, please adhere to updated stall pricing:

Disclaimer: Sellers are solely responsible for the sales of their items at Fashion Thrift Society. The event organisers do not guarantee sales or income. Success at the market is contingent on the seller's merchandise, pricing, presentation and customer service.
